Hi, my name is Becky. I’m a City and Guilds qualified dog groomer.
The early part of 2020 presented me with the time and exciting opportunity to open my own dog grooming business, an ambition I’ve held for some time.

Dog grooming is not just for those breeds with long fluffy coats that need regular clipping, it is for all breeds, shapes and sizes.
Regular grooming encourages healthy skin, a comfortable and clean coat which in turn means a happy dog! Prolonged periods without grooming cause problems such as matting which is not only uncomfortable for your dog but can lead to sores and fungal infections of the skin. The welfare of your dog has to be the main priority every time.
The more regularly your dog is groomed the easier it is to successfully maintain the look you desire. I will always advise each owner how best to maintain their dog’s coat between grooming sessions to keep your pooch looking perfect!

Nail clipping is an important grooming task to ensure your dog’s happiness and health. Many people think a two-minute walk down the road to the local park is enough to file the nails down – it is not! If your dog’s paw is flat to the ground, their nails should not touch the floor. When left too long, they can cause your dog discomfort and health problems.
Hand Stripping
From £60
Hand stripping is a technique used to remove dead hairs from the dog’s coat by hand rather than clipping in order to keep the coat at its healthiest. Usually completed twice a year. It is not recommended for puppies or for elderly dogs. Instead, the hand stripping simulation would simply be clipping.
Puppy Induction Day
From £30 – Price will increase as the dog grows until they are ready for their full groom.
Your puppy can come to me for an enjoyable puppy session to get used to the sights and smells of the salon and to settle in with me. This can consist of just a bath or a bath and tidy up before progressing to a full groom at a later date. Puppy grooming cannot start until at least 10 days after their final vaccinations.
